ISO info on sewer line replacement

We are looking to receive info from anyone who has "recently" replaced his/her outside main sewer line.  If you have had this done, would you be willing to share with us:
* Which company/contractor you engaged?
* Company's phone # or contact info?
* What was the approximate total price?
* How much restoration did you need afterwards?
* How satisfied were you with the outfit that performed the work?
