*TAG Volunteer Training and Appreciation Event Inspires Passaic-Clifton Volunteers*

This past Motzei Shabbos, TAG Passaic-Clifton hosted its Volunteer Training and Appreciation Event at the Boutique Event Space in Brookhaven Mall, bringing together close to 30 devoted volunteers and technicians. The evening combined practical training with inspiration, providing volunteers with chizuk, guidance, and tools to enhance their important work.

Rabbi Yehuda Kohn, the new coordinator of TAG Passaic-Clifton, opened the evening by welcoming everyone and emphasizing the critical role each volunteer plays in advancing TAG’s mission. Rabbi Kohn is focused on strengthening the services of the TAG office in the community so that TAG can better guide, support, and serve the community.

Rabbi Yaakov Pascal, Rav of Khal Park Ave, spoke about the vital work of TAG and its mission, delivering a message to the volunteers that were both moving and motivational. The Rav highlighted the profound impact volunteers have on the community and reinforced the sense of purpose behind their efforts, giving everyone chizuk to continue their important work in support of the community.

Rabbi Moshe Drew, Director of TAG International, traveled from Lakewood to share his wisdom, offer invaluable tips, and provide practical insights designed to help volunteers maximize their effectiveness and elevate their overall impact in serving the community. Rabbi Drew emphasized the need for the volunteers to stay up-to-date on technology, and the challenges they bring, ensuring the team can continue to serve and guide the community effectively.

Rabbi Eliyahu Mayerfeld, TAG International’s Director of USA Operations, came from Waterbury, CT, and delivered an in-depth and engaging presentation with key strategies, guidance, and practical tools that raised the level of each volunteer's expertise, enhanced their skills, and prepared them for greater success in their roles.

The evening was, baruch Hashem, a tremendous success, leaving volunteers energized, inspired, and ready to serve the community. This training further developed the skills of each volunteer, enhancing their ability to provide hands-on support and education, empowering the community to navigate the digital world safely and responsibly.
