Monthly Yoga in the Park

Join us for our Monthly Yoga in the Park event in Paramus! This relaxing outdoor class is perfect for all skill levels, whether you’re a seasoned yogi or just starting out. Enjoy the fresh air and beautiful surroundings as you stretch and focus on your body and mind.

Classes are held on the first Sunday of every month at 10 AM. Bring your mat, some water, and a friend to share the experience. It's a great way to start your Sunday, meet new people in the community, and find your inner peace. We look forward to seeing you there!
