The Intelligence Lacuna

Dear Colleagues,

Pursuant to recent National Security discussions of the importance of
having eyes and ears on the ground in areas outside of our present reach,
please see the link below. With the intelligence lacuna that may result
from the dissolution of USAID, perhaps we should be thinking in terms of
other organizations/structures that are in existence or that may be created
that may assist in filling the void.
