BS'D
10 Kislev
I hope all is well with you and your families.
In the past the Bnei Hayeshiva were so generous when we needed assistance
for our son Chaim Simcha during his fight with the machala. And afterwards
we needed funds for his chasana. Now, Baruch Hashem we are happy to
announce that his wife gave birth to a boy the day after Yom Kippur. On
Succos, they made a Bris and in Cheshvan a Pidyon Haben. Since his wife's
side cannot assist in the expenses, while Chaim shared some of the
expenses, most of it fell on me. Even though we kept both simchas to the
minimum that the caterers would allow, each was over a $1000.
However there have been complications and our assistance to them is costing
us more than $500/month. Plus there was talk about visiting a specialist
whose fee is 1500 shekels or $500 a visit. Their Kupat Cholim will not pay
for this.
Meanwhile, Baruch Hashem we are happy to announce that our daughter just
gave birth to a boy. The bris, B'ezras Hashem, should be this Thursday.
Although I would like to help them, after the above expenses I don't see
how I can.
So again I am looking for assistance. Of course donations of any amount are
welcome. As I intend , B'ezras Hashem, publish a number of seforim in the
near future, seforim dedications are also available. The seforim include
Mathematics on all the Mishnayos in Shas and a sefer on Mesechtas Zevachim,
with Chaburas.
Front of the sefer page dedications is $5000. Back of the sefer page
dedications - $1000. Half back page - $500. Quarter back page- $250
